Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AO Globe Life recruiting website at ao-work-from-anywhere.vercel.app and any AO-branded variant on the same domain (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting an application through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by AO Globe Life, an independent agency affiliated with Globe Life Inc.'s American Income Division (“AO,” “we,” “us”).

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States to apply through this Site. The Site is intended for U.S. residents.

This Site is a recruiting and informational page about opportunities to become an independent insurance producer with AO. It is not an offer of employment, a contract, an insurance product, a license to sell insurance, or financial advice. Submitting an application through this Site does not create an employment relationship or guarantee that you will be contacted, interviewed, or offered a producer position.

Becoming an independent insurance producer requires obtaining the appropriate state insurance licenses, passing background checks, and completing AO's onboarding process — none of which happen on this Site.

Any income figures, agent counts, growth statistics, or other quantitative claims displayed on this Site reflect historical results, averages, or specific case examples disclosed alongside the figure. They are not guarantees of future results, projections of what you will earn, or offers of any particular compensation. Earnings vary by individual and depend on factors including but not limited to effort, market conditions, licensing status, training completion, and applicable regulations. No income is guaranteed.

You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose (learning about and applying to AO producer opportunities) and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information about yourself or another person;
• Submit information about another person without their authorization;
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to interact with the Site or to defeat any rate-limiting or bot-protection mechanism;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any portion of the Site;
• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Site content for any purpose other than personally evaluating an AO producer opportunity, without our written permission;
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

The Site and its content — including AO and Globe Life logos and brand marks, video content, copy, design, software, and the overall look and feel — are owned by AO Globe Life, Globe Life Inc., or their licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest to you.

The Site embeds video content hosted on third-party platforms (such as Vimeo) and may display ads or analytics from third parties (such as Meta). We do not control those third parties' services or their privacy practices. Their use is governed by their own terms.

By submitting an application, you consent to be contacted by AO and its recruiting partners using the contact method you provided (phone call, text message, or email) about producer opportunities and related follow-ups. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving text messages by replying STOP to any text from us, and stop receiving emails by using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AO and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. AO's total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AO and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or arising from information you submit that is false or that you were not authorized to submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when the most recent version took effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and AO regarding the Site.
