Fair question — worth a direct answer. AO is a Globe Life affiliated agency. Producers earn commission on policies they sell. There are no fees, no 'starter kits,' no inventory. Most producers who stay long-term build a team — it's the leadership track, and it's where the income compounds and careers actually grow. We won't pretend otherwise: it's the path we encourage, because the producers who do it tend to go the furthest. If you'd rather just sell policies, that's a valid path too — but it's the smaller one.
